The staff at the hotel reception was fluent in both English and Thai, which made communication a breeze. On top of that, the hotel's on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes from different cuisines, ranging from Korean to European. The buffet breakfast had an impressive spread, offering both American and Asian options. However, what really stood out to me was the breathtaking city view from the balcony in every room. It felt like having my own private little paradise amidst the bustling city.
Minor issue: Limited parking spaces.

Perfect place for a 1-night stay. We loved the way our standard twin room was.

Great value for money, with clean and spacious rooms. The location was convenient, with a local open restaurant nearby for delicious meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with printing and scanning documents. Additionally, they arranged transportation for us to the ferry pier at a reasonable price.
Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety for guests to choose from.

The free wifi here was really good, no issues at all. The manager is a real pro! But the best part was definitely the buffet meal - so delicious and lots of variety. The staff were really helpful and the value for money was great. 🌟

The room was spacious and had ample storage space for clothes and bags. It had a large bed and a work desk with a table and two chairs, perfect for business travelers. The internet was super fast and the air conditioning was excellent. The room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean. There was plenty of parking available. The location on the main road was convenient, not far from the night market. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a good selection of food.
Felt like treated like royalty, nothing to complain about.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel conveniently located next to a big supermarket for all my holiday staples, and near a hospital for added peace of mind. The hotel offered great value for money, with top-notch linens and furniture plus a spacious bathroom. I appreciated the helpful manager, who went out of his way to make breakfast a comfortable experience for me with a broken arm.
The air conditioning unit was a bit of a puzzle for me, as I couldn't find the right temperature setting, leading to some hot and cold moments. while the hotel's location was great for my needs, it was situated on a dusty main road junction, taking away from its overall appeal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily explore the market and visit the nearby shops. The convenience to the islands was a major plus for us, as we were able to easily catch our boat to our next destination. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent service and housekeeping. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the spacious and clean rooms to the fantastic swimming pool. we were extremely impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Highly recommended for everyone!

The hotel is located in a convenient area with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to assist with printing and scanning documents. The room was clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast options were limited and not well-labeled, making it difficult for vegetarians to find suitable options. the coffee was not up to par and lacked flavor.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this modern hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance to a large supermarket and close to the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, from a comfy bed to a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and drinks, and the pool looked inviting. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
The walls in the rooms could use better soundproofing.

The hotel was impressively clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the on-site restaurant, which provided convenient dining options. Additionally, the location was great with a local open restaurant just 100 meters to the right across the road, making it easy to find a place to eat.
Nothing, all excellent.

During my recent stay at a hotel in central Trat, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-designed and spacious rooms. The breakfast, although simple, was satisfactory considering the reasonable price. The large pool was a great addition, and the staff's proficiency in English made communication easy.

During our recent stay at J.P.Grand, we were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The furnishings and linens were of high quality, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also great, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The bathroom, although not fancy, was spacious and convenient.

Located conveniently near a local open restaurant across the road 100m to the right, this hotel is great for those looking for a quick bite before heading off to the nearby bus terminal to catch a ride to the islands. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable with quality furnishings and linens. The hotel offers a pickup service from the airport and there's also a restaurant on site in case you don't feel like going out.
The hotel lacks an in-room safe box, which is now a basic necessity for most travelers.

Clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Good location near Lotus and bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Inviting pool and great breakfast selection.
Can't think of anything.
